WILDFLOWER STRIPE

An Edwardian design first printed from a watercolour painting of 1905. Daffodils, lilac and violets appear against a wide picot-edged ribbon, with small bunches of snowdrops providing a secondary note of spring freshness. Wildflower Stripe has the particular quality of a design that seems to bring light into a room: fresh, unhurried, and entirely of a piece with the English spring.
