Shipping and Samples

Delivery

Jean Monro is pleased to offer delivery to clients directly in the United Kingdom and through our distributor partners internationally. Orders are dispatched within three to four working days of receipt of order and cleared payment. Should any delay arise, our team will be in touch promptly to advise.

Samples are available on request. Non-returnable cuttings are available for most fabrics. Where larger samples are required, these are supplied on loan for four weeks and will be invoiced without further notification if not returned within that period.

Delivery charges are as follows:

  • United Kingdom mainland: £25 per parcel excluding VAT.
  • Europe: Delivered direct from the supplier, approximately three to four working days.
  • United States: Orders are directly handled by our distributor partner, Fabricut. Please contact them directly.
  • Rest of the world: lead time is approximately seven to ten working days.

Please note that shipments to destinations outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the importing country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For areas outside the UK mainland, carriage will be charged at cost.

If you require an expedited or guaranteed delivery service, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Orders and Payment

The minimum order for fabric is one metre. Unless otherwise stated, orders will be cut to the nearest 10cm. Minimum orders wallpapers is 1 roll.

Payment is due within thirty days of the invoice date. We accept payment by debit card, Visa and Mastercard.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations cannot be accepted once the fabric has been cut.

Returns

As all fabric orders are cut to your specified length, they are bespoke and non-returnable unless faulty on delivery. We would encourage you to order a sample before committing to a fabric purchase. Wallpapers are printed to order and are likewise non-returnable unless faulty.

No returned goods will be accepted for credit unless previously agreed with us, in which case a handling charge will apply.

No claims for non-delivery, shortage, faulty material or damage can be entertained unless presented within fifteen days of the date of invoice. No claims of any kind will be accepted once goods have been cut or processed.

No liability can be accepted for changes in appearance or performance arising from treatments applied after purchase, including flame proofing or stain repellent applications.

Colour and Quality

All fabrics and wallcoverings contain natural fibres and are not guaranteed against fading, particularly when exposed to direct sunlight. Colour may vary between batches. If an exact match is required, please request a cutting from stock, and we will reserve the quantity required for ten days.

All widths and pattern repeats shown on price lists and labels are approximate.
