Royal Warrant
Jean Monro has held the Royal Warrant since 2005, a distinction awarded in recognition of consistent supply to the Royal Household.
The late Queen held a particular affection for the collection, and Jean Monro's designs are to be found throughout the private rooms at Windsor Castle.
His Majesty The King has long favoured Rose & Fern, and the Princess of Wales has returned to the collection on numerous occasions for her own homes.
It is, perhaps, the most natural of relationships. Jean Monro designs have always belonged in rooms that are lived in and loved, where the choice of a pattern on a wall is made with care, and where it is expected to give pleasure for generations.

Every design is rooted in documented historic archive: 18th, 19th and early 20th century originals, sensitively reinterpreted for the interiors of today.

Our hand-block printing mill in Thailand operates with rigorous standards around the use and disposal of dyes and has been a significant and positive presence in its local community for many years, providing employment, training apprentices, and building a sustainable future for both the craft and the people who practise it. We are proud to hold their sustainability testimonials and to stand behind their work wholeheartedly.
Our chintz and printed fabrics are produced in the United Kingdom, where the approach to dyes, process, and production reflects the same commitment to responsible practice. Our wallpapers are printed in England, to order to ensure we never overproduce.
