Collaborations
Our Partnerships
Over the years, a small number of carefully chosen collaborations have extended the Jean Monro collection, in ways that feel entirely natural. Each one has been guided by the same principles that govern everything the house produces: a deep regard for craft, a respect for the decorating tradition, and an uncompromising commitment to quality in every detail. None has been chosen lightly, and all have proved entirely worthy of the company they keep.
Nicky Haslam
Random Harvest is the result of a lifetime spent looking, noticing and registering the world with a singular and curious eye. Nicky Haslam's collection, launched with Jean Monro in 2012, distils decades of observation into a cohesive and deeply personal range of designs, each one drawn from a specific moment or memory. A balustrade shadow in New Orleans, a pattern on a Spode plate in a North Carolina antique shop — the collection carries its inspirations lightly, and wears its Englishness with characteristic wit and ease.
Ramm, Son & Crocker
Ramm, Son & Crocker Founded in 1891, Ramm, Son and Crocker is one of Britain's oldest and most distinguished textile houses, and a natural companion to Jean Monro within the Turnell and Gigon Group. Where Jean Monro is defined by archival rigour and floral precision, Ramm, Son and Crocker brings its own distinctly spirited character to the English decorating tradition, with designs of confidence, colour and considerable charm. Together, the two houses offer one of the most compelling collections of heritage textiles available to the professional design trade.
Woodland Animals
The Woodland Animals collection was born from a collaboration with designer Maria Yiannikkou, whose naively drawn and wholly endearing fauna from the English countryside found a natural home within the Jean Monro family. Whimsical in spirit but executed with great care and fidelity to the original hand-blocked prints, the collection is available as fabric and as wool and silk Persian-knotted rugs, made to order. It is a collection that brings genuine delight to rooms of every kind.
Tim Page Carpets
Jean Monro's rug and carpet collection is produced in partnership with Tim Page Carpets, one of the most respected names in luxury floor coverings, based alongside Jean Monro at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour. Tim Page Carpets shares Jean Monro's commitment to outstanding craftsmanship and the use of the finest natural materials, making the partnership a natural one. Together, the two houses have translated some of Jean Monro's most beloved archive designs into exceptional rugs and carpets.
