OLEANDER

First spotted in a hotel bedroom, the late 19th century original was subsequently traced to the Jean Monro archive, where it had been recorded, somewhat erroneously, as Azalea. The design and scale are faithful to the original document, but it has been recoloured for today's interiors and printed on glazed linen rather than the original chintz.
