This design of circa 1860 was taken from a piece of fabric discovered in a Belgian château. Columns of hollyhocks, roses and parrot tulips have been faithfully reproduced and printed on a beautiful linen. Mansfield has the grand, vertical confidence of the best mid-Victorian textile design a design that rewards generous lengths of fabric and rooms of corresponding ambition.
